Greg Goldman is the owner and operator of multiple Brooklyn bars, Marco’s (est. 2017), Lise & Vito (est. 2022) and previously Paradise Lounge (est. 2018). He has been working in restaurants since the age of 15 and gained valuable experience and lifelong friendships working for Steven Starr and Jose Garces restaurants in Philadelphia before heading to NYC in 2009. It was there his career took off at Roberta’s, where he started bussing tables but quickly worked his way up through management and eventually GM.
